KEO Racing is ready to launch its LMP2 programme for the 2020 season of the European Le Mans Series

With a short experience in the LMP3 class, KEO Racing will now expand into the LMP2 class in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) with the Dallara P217 car.

The ELMS is in the top of the endurance series in Europe, with 6 races in 6 different countries and with a duration of 4 hours per race.

We have been given an opportunity with the Dallara car and the team decided to take it. We are certain that this is the right decision for us. Now we are just waiting for the possibilities for some new updates of the car, so we can be even more competitive.

It’s a move that we have been planning for a long time, ever since Formula Renault NEC 2.0 where we switched to LMP, and we are really excited to share this news. The team will, during the coming winter and spring, test drivers interested in joining the LMP2 project. The driver line-up for 2020 will be revealed after the winter test.

"We are looking forward to find the perfect line-up and fight for good results in the series.

The whole team is very excited about our entry into the LMP2 class, said Kim Olsen (Team Director)".

The official ELMS test days for the 2020 season will be on March 30th and 31th at the Spanish circuit of Barcelona.

Our LMP3 program for 2020 is still not finalized. We are working on Ultimate Cup, a series that is growing and which is a good place for drivers that want a lot of track time for the money.

¨Le Mans Cup¨ and ¨Road To Le Mans¨ are on the paper too.

For now, we will focus on finishing the 2019 season with good results.
